Our House Policies:
We strictly adhere to the principal of the British Beer & Pub Associations Challenge 21 initiative. That is, if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 21 years of age, we will ask you for ID confirming that you are over 18 before serving you with alcohol. This must be either a driving licence, a passport or an accredited proof of age card bearing the PASS symbol
We accept most major credit and debit cards (except American Express) on a minimum transaction of £6.

We accept personal cheques supported by a cheque guarantee card, but regret that we cannot accept any business cheques.

We take a zero tolerance approach to drug taking, sharing or selling at The Mount. Those thought by the management to be involved in such actions will immediately become the subject of a permanent and irreversible barring from the premises, which also includes The Alexandra Suite.
We believe in responsible alcohol retailing and, as such, if we believe that any customer is intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse service. We will also not adhere to any request for a spirit measure in excess of 50ml.
